At our Palm Sunday service, we recall how Christ rode triumphantly into Jerusalem with shouts of “Hosanna,” only for those shouts to turn to “Crucify him!” Our children will participate in a palm procession at the beginning of the the service.

At our Maundy Thursday Service, we recall Christ’s institution of the Lord’s Supper. We also mark the betrayal and sufferings of Christ with the solemn stripping of the chancel, while the 22nd Psalm is chanted.

Join us for our Good Friday service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Huntley as we hear the full Scripture reading of Jesus’ betrayal, trial, and crucifixion.

This solemn service leads us to the foot of the cross, where Christ gave His life for the forgiveness of our sins. Come, reflect, and remember the depth of God’s love for you.
